Advertising spend is paid directly to advertising networks (such as Google Ads). MarSimple manages campaigns on your behalf according to agreed budgets and performance targets. We provide clear, plain-number monthly reporting without inflated jargon or hidden markups.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, software architecture, and MarSimple proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of MarSimple. Custom photos, videos, and practice logos provided by your clinic remain your practice's property.
